Event Details

Holes in your pants? Missing a button? Shirt doesn’t fit quite right? Then come to the Media Archaeology/Blow Things Up Labs’ Fix-It Clinic – Clothing & Fabric Edition, where you will learn to repair or repurpose clothing instead of throwing it away.

Not everything can be fixed, but most things can! We’ll supply sewing machines and basic supplies, and volunteers will be on-hand to help you repair or re-purpose your clothes, bags, shoes and other fabric items.

Steven Frost will be facilitating the workshop and will also be leading a drop-in Halloween costume workshop. Libi Striegl will be leading a phone Faraday pouch tutorial.

For specific questions contact Libi at libi.striegl@colorado.edu

The workshop is open to the public. For more information, contact Libi at libi.striegl@colorado.edu.
