Event Details
Discover what’s possible with the Bridge Mixed Reality Headset, which seamlessly blends physical and virtual reality, at a demonstration by Kevin Owock, an engineer from Occipital, maker of the Bridge headset. Owock is also the founder of Boulder VR Studios, a community organizer in Boulder.
The demonstration is sponsored by the Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Club, a community fostering the education and development of VR/AR-related technologies and applications. The community introduces members to new technology platforms, such as Oculus Rift, HTC VIVE, Google Daydream, and Microsoft Hololens. It also holds a meeting space for workshops to learn about developing for VR/AR; connects with other students/local community developers interested in VR/AR; and tests, builds and collaborates on projects.
For more information about VR/AR-related news, internships, resources, events, club news, VR/AR tutorials and access to the club Slack Channel, sign up here.
VR/AR meets every other week. Check the VR/AR calendar for exact meeting dates.
