The Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Club is hosting games industry guest, Rob Wyatt, previously from AR startup Magic Leap and Xbox. Learn about his new real-time holographic displays for a new game project. 

Wyatt was the system architect of the original Xbox game console and also contributed to the graphics architecture of PlayStation 3. He also was the head of graphics architecture at Magic Leap. The gaming industry pioneer has been making video games, computer systems, 3D graphics, movie special effects, computer vision systems for drones and robots, and random associated technology for 30 years.

The Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Club is a community fostering the education and development of VR/AR-related technologies and applications. The community introduces members to new technology platforms, such as Oculus Rift, HTC VIVE, Google Daydream and Microsoft Hololens, and holds a workshop meeting space to learn about developing for VR/AR. It also connects with other students/local community developers interested in VR/AR and tests, builds, and collaborates on projects.
